These tools cover the three things that actually determine whether freelancers in Singapore and Malaysia get paid on time: sending an invoice that looks professional, making sure it contains everything the client's accounts team needs, and keeping the money side in order behind it. Everything runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded, and there is no signup or watermark.
IWantFreeInvoice offers four free tools. The Invoice Generator creates and downloads a professional invoice as a PDF with no watermark. The Invoice Checklist runs your invoice against 20 completeness and GST compliance checks before you send. The Templates library has ready-made formats for freelancers, contractors, and service businesses. The Freelancer Finance Health Quiz assesses your money habits across 14 questions. No signup needed.

Take QuizAlso free on this site: the quote generator for work you have not won yet, and the receipt generator for payments already received. If you want the reasoning behind what goes on an invoice, the invoice checklist guide and Singapore GST invoice guide cover it properly.
The tools on this page cover the sequence a small business actually follows rather than a list of unrelated utilities. You quote first, invoice when the work is done, issue a receipt once payment lands, and keep the trail for your records. The generators share the same field structure, so details entered on a quote carry the same format through to the invoice and receipt.
Who uses which depends on how you bill. A contractor sending one large job quotes then invoices with a deposit. A tutor invoicing monthly skips the quote and repeats the invoice. A shop issuing receipts at point of sale needs only the receipt generator. The checklist sits alongside all three as the pre send check.
Everything runs in your browser with no account, so nothing is stored on a server. That places the record keeping obligation on you, and IRAS guidance on keeping records sets out how long documents must be retained and in what form.
A note on sequence for anyone starting out. Send a quote before work begins even for small jobs, because an accepted quote is the clearest evidence of what was agreed if the scope is later disputed. Issue the invoice the day the work is finished rather than at month end, since payment terms only start counting from the invoice date. And keep the receipt even for payments you received in cash, because the record matters more than the format when you file.
